1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zheal Media Matters LLP platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

You may use the Service solely for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform or use it for any fraudulent activities.
  • You are responsible for all content uploaded or transmitted through your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

All subscription plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. GST and applicable taxes will be added to the displayed price where required by law.

4. White-Label Usage

White-label customers may rebrand the platform under their own business name. The underlying technology, intellectual property, and source code remain the property of Zheal Media Matters LLP. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the platform code.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by Zheal Media Matters LLP unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance windows with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zheal Media Matters LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
