Refund Policy

1. Trial Period

We offer a 5-day trial for ₹299. This trial gives you full access to all platform features. The trial fee is non-refundable as it covers the cost of provisioning your white-label environment.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or quarters.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
• Being charged after a cancellation request was submitted before the renewal date.
• Significant platform downtime (exceeding 48 continuous hours) during your billing period.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Trial fees (₹299).
• Custom branding or white-label setup fees.
• Third-party integrations or add-on services.
• Usage-based charges (e.g., WhatsApp API messages, SMS credits).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at admin@zhealmediamatters.in with your account details and reason for the refund. We will respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
